Building and leading software people trust.
Former General Manager and founder with 10+ years operating WordPress software products.
I’ve spent my career working on real WordPress software products with real users, where decisions compound over time.
The biggest gains I’ve seen don’t come from moving faster for its own sake. They come from making better decisions earlier, which leads to fewer reversals, less rework, and clearer ownership as systems grow more complex and the stakes get higher.
I tend to work in environments where the stakes are real, the constraints are visible, and the goal is sustained progress rather than short term velocity.
Current Focus
- Operating and maintaining robust, long-lived WordPress plugins
- Writing about product decisions and leadership
- Exploring practical AI workflows for operators and developers
- Helping others with product and technical decisions
Principles I tend to operate by:
- Deliver on promises – I’d rather commit to less and follow through.
- Optimize for trust – short term wins aren’t worth long term erosion.
- Optimize for decision efficiency – fewer bad calls beat faster ones.
I occasionally write about product decisions, leadership, and operating a software company.
